| The rural contracted land management right transfer behaviors are important topic for studying the system of rural contracted land management right transfer.China’s current legislation has made some detailed regulations for rural contracted land management right transfer.In China,the behaviors of rural contracted land management right transfer have typical dual characteristics.As the basic path for researching the behaviors in remote mountainous areas,the dual theory for the transfer behaviors is mainly carried out on typology research and the legal solution to basic conflicts. |
