学术期刊社部分编辑的胜任力提升方面还存在一定的制约因素。这既有外部客观条件的制约,也有自身因素的限制。我们需从三个层面着手提高学术期刊编辑的胜任力。虽然制度层面的改革是单个期刊社不能掌控,但期刊社却可以在自身层面进行努力提升编辑的胜任力。 |

Abstract: |
Part of editors’ competence enhancement has certain restricting factors which include outside objective condition and self factors. The editors’ competence ability can be enhanced from three perspectives. Although system level reform can not be controlled by single editorial office, the editorial office can raise the editors’ competence ability on self level. |
